Service Description
Sound therapy uses different aspects of sound to improve your emotional and physical well-being. Evidence shows that correct sound frequencies can enhance the resonant frequency of our body, restoring balance, health and harmony to our physical, emotional and mental selves. Regan invites you to experience this deeply meditative practice that involves immersing yourself in tones and vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and chimes tuned to a specific frequencies. During the session you will receive a one-on-one 45 minute sound bath and the vibrations and frequencies of the sounds will help to induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote physical and emotional healing. Option to include your partner for a couples session at no additional cost. After the session we will discuss your experience any emotions that arose. When you arrive at your sound bath mats, blankets, and eye pillows will be made available for your use if you wish. The goal is to be as comfortable as possible so that you can relax and let go. Wear comfortable and loose clothing and socks to keep warm. These private sessions with Regan can be done either as a one-off or on an ongoing basis.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact Taurus Rising 24 hours before the start time. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to cancel your attendance with Taurus Rising. You agree that 50% of the appointment fee shall be forfeited in the event that you do not give the required 24 hours notice. Health Waiver: Pregnant women are advised to be cautious when participating in any form of sound healing, especially during the first 12 weeks, by avoiding sound instruments being placed on the body, and anyone with serious mental health issues should always consult their doctor before receiving sound therapy. Those with sound-induced epilepsy should always consult their doctor to ensure they receive the best anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizures caused by healing sounds vibrations. For people with an implanted heart pacemaker, stent, or shunt, please advise the facilitators and always keep the sound instruments at a minimum distance of 20 cm, and never use them directly on or near metal implants. In case of any severe prior nerve damage, avoid sound healing.
